   We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in charges for the missed session.

   Payments for counseling sessions or packages must be made in advance. We accept payments through Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal.

2. Refund Policy
   All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. In cases of cancellation or rescheduling with proper notice, session credits may be applied.
